 ADDLED 2 Tips and Advice

Addled 2 has 450 levels, some of which can be completed in minutes, some of which will take you days. There are three possible endings, Main Game Ending (after completing the first 280 levels), Chaos Ending, (after completing a further 120 levels) and Addled 1 Ending (after completing the 50 bonus levels).  Getting to all three endings is possible but not easy. Here's some advice to get you through to the fireworks !

  • Skip often and freely.
You have the option of skipping 10 levels, but as you can go back and complete the skipped levels later, don't worry about how many you use getting through the early levels. Remember that as skipped levels can be replayed and beaten later that it's always possible to reclaim some skip tokens if you end up using all of them too soon.

  • Spend some time getting through Addled 1.
The 50 bonus Addled 1 levels are some of the hardest from the first game and, as Addled 1 levels cannot be skipped, it can be a real slog getting through them. But as completing all 50 levels results in a reward of receiving two extra skip tokens it's a real benefit to complete Addled 1 before Addled 2.

  • Learn to fear small levels.
Almost all the hard levels in Addled 2 are innocuous looking, tiny levels that end up being incredibly tough because their solutions require such bizarre strategies that they'll be the absolute last thing you'd ever try.
So if you're playing one of the larger levels and it's ticking you off give it another couple of goes, because there's a wee level with only five or six blocks in it lurking around the corner that you'll definitely want to skip!

  • Don't give up !.
If you can get to level 100 in the main game you'll unlock the Addled 1 levels, so as long as you can stick the distance until then you'll end up with a whole lot more options. And get used to using up all your skips in one game and coming back later to try and reclaim some skips. Eventually everybody gets stuck in this kind of loop, unless you're an exceptionally good player.

Finally if there's a particular level that's really frustrating you we do offer some level specific hints and tips:-
